From her very first days in the workforce as a teenager in retail settings to consulting for global corporations, Meaghan has always seen the connection between a healthy work culture, focused strategy, and strong business outcomes.

Blending her expertise in leadership development, organisational change, and coaching, Meaghan creates bespoke learning & development solutions for businesses and individuals.

Meaghan is from Orange County, California but resides in Edinburgh, Scotland with her Irish husband and three increasingly Scottish boys.
